Changing Information

If you need to update your personal or company information on our platform, follow these steps to ensure your details are accurate and up to date.

Start by going to the menu and selecting "Personal Information". This will take you to a page where you can view and edit your current details.

At the bottom of the page, you will find a "Change Information" button. Click this button to make your edits. After you have made the necessary changes, press "Apply" to confirm.

To finalize your changes, you will receive a 6-digit code via email. Enter this code in the provided field to complete the update.

For Buyers who are companies, any changes to your information will undergo an approval process. During this period, your status will be set to "Off", and you will be temporarily removed from the market. Once the changes are approved, your status will return to "On", and you will be active on the market again.

Double-check your email: Ensure your email address is correct to receive the verification code promptly.

Monitor your status: If you're a company, keep an eye on your status to know when you are back on the market.
